Web-Based Reporting

CSP collects and processes all completed evaluations through an automated relational database system
which provides our clients optimum flexibility in document design and content. Results are accessible
through our web-based Reports onDemand®.
CSP’s Reports onDemand® site offers dynamic capabilities for each end user. Available for viewing
on a daily basis, results are refreshed every evening. Access is restricted to registered users only
(to be provided by senior executive management) where only the information allowed for the user is available.
For example, it can be designed to allow branch managers to only see the results of their branch. These
reports default to year-to-date results, but can be modified to view user-defined time frames. Reports
onDemand® is dynamic in that parameters can be changed and the reports can be run as
often as desired by the user. For example, performance and satisfaction scores can be reviewed for all
positions, for specific criteria, for the year, the month, the quarter, etc. The user can modify a number
of parameters and view many levels of detail with just a few clicks of the mouse.

Dashboard Page

The Dashboard is the first page the user will see and it provides real-time updates to all key metrics,
performance and satisfaction scores, trends and actionable information the moment the user logs on to
the site. Users will see everything on the Dashboard from key metrics to the lowest scoring criteria
for each position. In addition, each position’s key drivers are displayed along with the driver’s scoring
trends year-to-date. Customer comments are also highlighted on the dashboard page by displaying the
comment codes that are captured most frequently – both customer suggestions and positive comments. The
value to our clients is the ability to immediately view the key metrics of their research program on
a single page that can then navigate the user to more detail of a specific area with just a single click.
