evaluation program that is customized to the unique needs and timeframes of each of our clients.
CSP’s program evaluates the customer experience during the account opening process; the sales
capabilities of the bankers; and any scheduled or ongoing follow-up that the Onboarding team should
be executing with the customer.
The evaluations provide immediate customer feedback on a number of topics, criteria and open-ended customer
comments. The feedback is designed to be immediate, thorough and actionable.
CSP’s Onboarding program will enable financial institutions to understand if the training and
processes that are in place are effective and the action that needs to be taken for any aspect
of the Onboarding process. Our goal is to help our clients properly “onboard” a greater
number of new customers and develop a higher proportion of long-term customer advocates.
