At Customer Service Profiles we respect your customers’ rights to privacy and value your company’s trust. As a part of our services however, it will be necessary for us to use the information we have gathered from your company and/or your company’s customers in reports, statistical analysis, marketing plans, product development suggestions, etc.
Third Party Identities: We may disclose nonpublic personal information about your company’s customers to the following types of third parties: outside companies and/or services in order to produce a quality, timely, cost-effective product. Examples of outside companies and/or services would be, web hosting companies, product fulfillment companies, data analysis firms, etc. These companies will be provided with this information for the purpose of performing and completing their specific function – the information is not to be used for any other purpose.
Security: Customer Service Profiles uses industry standard practices to safeguard the above-referenced information. We restrict access to such information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to your company. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your company’s customers’ nonpublic personal information. This includes “firewalls” and Secure Socket Layers. We treat data as an asset that must be protected. While 100% security does not exist on the Internet, we take all reasonable and customary measures to protect data both externally and internally.
